Privacy
Your network information stays with you.
The Version 1 privacy model is local calculation without accounts, uploads, or stored calculator inputs.
Calculator inputs
IP addresses, network ranges, subnet names, host requirements, and other calculator inputs are processed locally in your browser. The site does not submit them to a calculation server, save them to an account, or persist them as application data.
Shareable calculations
When you choose Copy share link, the calculator places the input in the URL fragment—the portion after #—and copies that URL to your clipboard. A fragment is not included in the HTTP request sent to the web host.
The copied link still contains the input. Anyone or any software with access to the link can read it, and opening it may place it in browser history. Share only values you intend to disclose.
Browser storage
The only preference currently stored by the site is the selected light or dark theme. Calculator inputs are not written to local storage. Browsers and extensions may retain form, clipboard, or history data according to their own settings.
Ordinary web requests
The web host may process standard request information such as the requested page path, time, browser details, and network address. Calculator values kept after # are excluded from that request.
Measurement
No analytics, advertising trackers, accounts, or cookies are currently installed. Any future measurement must be reviewed before release and may record only coarse actions, never calculator inputs or copied result values.
